1. About this website
This website is operated by Hyperwise LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This website provides information about our business consulting and technology work. These terms concern website use, not the delivery of consulting, software, AI or other services. A separate agreement governs any engagement, including its scope, fees, responsibilities and service commitments.
2. Website information
The material on this website is general information, not advice tailored to your circumstances. References to finance, healthcare, cybersecurity or other regulated activities describe technology capabilities, not an offer of regulated professional advice or a guarantee of compliance. Obtain advice appropriate to your situation before relying on general information for important decisions.
Project descriptions and illustrations explain particular work or approaches. Results depend on the circumstances of each engagement; they do not promise that another project will achieve the same outcome. No client relationship, service commitment or authorisation to act arises merely from visiting the website or sending an enquiry.
3. Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to its public pages. You must not use it unlawfully, introduce malicious code, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or impersonate another person or organisation. Public access does not authorise penetration testing or other intrusive security activity. Please contact us to arrange any authorised assessment.
4. Content and intellectual property
Website text, design and other materials are owned by Hyperwise or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement or partnership. You may retain copies for personal or internal business reference, keeping attribution and notices intact. Other reuse requires the relevant owner's permission unless applicable law permits it. No ownership of our intellectual property transfers through website use.
5. Contact and confidentiality
Use the published business email address for enquiries. The website does not accept enquiry submissions. The “Email Hyperwise” link opens your email application; you decide whether to send a message. The consultation link opens a separate Hyperwise scheduling page hosted by Microsoft Bookings; review the information and terms shown there before submitting a booking. Scheduling a consultation does not itself create a paid engagement or authorise work. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal information or confidential client materials through an initial general enquiry. Contacting us does not by itself create a confidentiality agreement. Any existing confidentiality agreement remains effective according to its terms.
6. Other websites and services
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and services. Review their terms and privacy information before using them. A link does not mean Hyperwise endorses every statement or practice on that site.
7. Availability and legal rights
We seek to keep this website useful and accurate, but information may become outdated, and access may be interrupted. We may correct or update the website. Website content does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or a particular business, security or technical outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer or privacy rights. These website terms do not alter the rights and obligations in a separate agreement with Hyperwise.
8. Changes and contact
Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised effective date. They apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change separate agreements.
