The capabilities behind the work.
We bring the right capabilities together around the problem. The business determines what is needed and how the parts should connect.
Systems built around the work.
We design and develop business applications, workflows and integrations around the way an organisation operates. The work includes applications for credit, finance operations, supply chains and payment ecosystems.
Useful intelligence, with clear responsibilities.
We build AI-native systems, AI agents and AI-assisted workflows. The right approach depends on the work: helping a person understand information, preparing a decision, or carrying out defined steps within an agreed scope.
The design must make clear what information AI can use, what it is allowed to do and where a person needs to decide.
Security that understands the operation.
We connect security monitoring, investigation and response with the business services they protect. The design considers business impact, operational dependencies and authority to act.
Computing close to where it is needed.
We develop local processing and automation for rural telecom networks, smart cities, healthcare and security. Equipment, connectivity and operating conditions guide what runs at the edge and how it connects to the wider system.
Telecom engineering
We develop local processing and automation for rural telecom networks, connecting applications, devices and infrastructure around the network’s equipment and connectivity. Our telecom financial operations services also address revenue assurance, payment orchestration and subscriber financial services with Marqo.
Healthcare engineering
We develop edge applications, local processing and automation for healthcare operations. Equipment, connectivity and the consequences of interruption shape the engineering and how applications, data, devices and networks connect.
The connections a working system depends on.
We bring infrastructure and integration into the design from the start. Applications, data, devices and networks need to work together in the environment the business actually uses.
Existing capabilities, applied to the right problem.
Prudenze, Opsis and other relevant platforms support the wider Hyperwise work. Where a platform fits, we apply and connect it within the solution. The business need determines its role.
Different roles within a working solution.
Our applications, reusable controls and selected partner solutions serve different roles. The business workflow determines which components to connect and where responsibility remains with people and existing systems.

Common questions
What is the difference between AI-native systems, AI agents and AI-assisted workflows?
In our work, AI-native systems are designed with AI as part of how the application works. AI-assisted workflows help people perform tasks or assess information. AI agents can carry out defined steps using tools or services. A system can combine these approaches.
Can Hyperwise work with existing systems?
Yes. Integration is part of the work. We consider the existing applications, information flows and operating constraints when designing a solution.
Does Hyperwise only implement its own platforms?
No. Prudenze and Opsis support a broader engineering capability. We use relevant platforms where they fit the business problem.
Business workflows. Reusable action controls.
Hyperwise builds applications around business workflows. Prudenze supplies a reusable control layer for consequential actions: identity, authority, policy, evidence, approval boundaries, execution decisions and outcome verification. The application owns its business process; the control layer evaluates whether a particular action may proceed under the current conditions. This separates a useful recommendation from permission to change a system.
Defined workflows. Purpose-built applications.
A selection of applications across finance, operations and knowledge work. Choose the workflow first, then connect the application and controls it needs.

Turn the assessment into a working plan.
We assess technology architecture, operational workflows and action controls, then translate the findings into a practical implementation plan. Our work includes technology and control audits, workflow and integration reviews, AI-control assessments, evidence and audit-trail design, and advice on what to retain, connect or replace. Findings identify the system boundary, responsible people, evidence gaps and priorities for remediation.
The engagement defines scope, review criteria, deliverables and implementation responsibilities. Technology and control assessments inform decisions; accredited certification and regulated professional opinions require the appropriate specialist engagement.
